About 100 Thieves

100 Thieves is a new gaming lifestyle company and esports organization built at the intersection of competitive gaming, entertainment, and apparel. 100 Thieves was founded in 2017 by Matt "Nadeshot" Haag, the former OpTic Gaming Call of Duty captain, X Games gold medalist, and 2014 Esports Athlete of the Year. After retiring from competitive play, Matt went on to build some of the most popular gaming channels on Twitch and YouTube, and then founded 100 Thieves as a creative outlet for his passions in competitive gaming, storytelling, and streetwear. In December 2017, the company’s growth accelerated with an investment from Dan Gilbert, owner of the Cleveland Cavaliers, in conjunction with receiving a franchise in the North American League of Legends Championship Series (NALCS). The company also raised funding through a Series A & B from investors such as Drake, Scooter Braun, and Sequoia Capital. Moving forward, our goals are to win championships, tell the most compelling stories in competitive gaming, and create the world’s first gaming lifestyle brand.

 

About The Role

The 100 Thieves Ecommerce Manager will contribute to 100 Thieves success by leading all Ecommerce Operations specifically in the areas of – site management, direct-to-consumer logistics, and customer service. This role will be liaising with cross-functional teams such as Customer Support, Distribution, Creative, Retail, and Product Development to ensure all deliverables are met. The Ecommerce Manager will be responsible for all elements of 100 Thieves online business and report directly to the VP of Brand and Apparel.

 

Requirements

  • Proficiency with MAC OS and applications such as Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint

  • Experience with Shopify, Gorgias, Simplr and other online platforms

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to be consistently detail-oriented

  • Strong time management skills with the ability to balance competing priorities within tight deadlines

  • Self-motivated and adaptable – a team player, no task is too big or too small

  • Willingness and flexibility to work when necessary - often on weekends

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • 3+ years of experience in ecommerce operations

 

Responsibilities

  • Site Management

    • Maintain ecommerce calendar for product launches and internal development projects

    • Work with our digital partners to prepare for and launch product drops and site updates

    • Facilitate pre and post QA testing for every site update

    • Work on continuously improving front-end user experience and back-end site functionality

    • Analyze and communicate key business metrics and site performance.

    • Calculate ROI for each product drop and make recommendations based on results to increase sales, opt-ins, average order size, average unit sale and repeat purchases

    • Communicate reporting and analysis with key stakeholders to share pertinent leanings

  • Direct-To-Consumer Logistics

    • Work with external partners to facilitate stock movement prior to each product drop

    • Work with external partners to ensure quick shipment post product drop

    • Monitor and manage all purchase orders to ensure product arrives on time and in sync with the ecommerce calendar

  • Customer Service

    • Monitor and manage customer support platform integration

    • Support external partners in handling escalated cases when necessary
